ABout Karen

At my core, I’m here to help people and companies grow—with heart, with vision, and always in alignment with what matters most.

My story is one of grit, grace, and reinvention. I’ve been the first girl on the Little League field, a proud Notre Dame graduate, a sports journalist, a coach’s daughter, and an MLB wife. I’ve raised eight children while moving nearly eighty times—and somehow, in the middle of all that change, I still found room to co-found a foundation, create two national camps for kids, and build several entrepreneurial ventures.

Every chapter has shaped me. Every transition has stretched me. And every reinvention has taught me what it means to grieve, to heal, and to reimagine a life you love.

Through love, loss, motherhood, divorce, and the long road of healing, I discovered that grit isn’t loud—it’s loyal.

It rises in the moments when your heart shatters and returns again when love helps you rebuild.

Now, as a Certified Thought Coach and Jay Shetty Certified Coach, I help others find their spark again—especially those ready to reimagine love, build stronger relationships, and live the life they’ve been longing for.

I live in Southern California and believe every day can be ridiculously amazing—Supporting the journey to grieve fully, heal deeply, and reimagine a life defined by clarity, strength, and authentic love

Good Morning, Gorgeous.

Who I Am

I’m a:

But at the heart of it all—I’m a woman who believes in second chances, soulful healing, and reimagining love after life has cracked you wide open.

Through my years of personal transformation and professional growth, I’ve cultivated the skills, intuition, and network to support women with more than just coaching. I bring strategy, compassion, and soul to everything I do.

 My Mission

To walk beside clients as they return to themselves—stronger, softer, wiser.
To create a space where grief and growth are both welcome.
To help you reimagine life, strengthen relationships, and create the future you’ve been wishing for.
This work is personal. This space is sacred.

And this next chapter? It’s yours, Gorgeous.

Grieve. Heal. Reimagine Love.

Your next chapter starts here—and I’m here to walk beside you.
